The deal was announced on September 12, with key figures in attendance including Akazawa Ryosei, Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan (METI), Adif Zulkifli, EVP & CEO, Gas & Maritime, Petronas, and Ichiro Takahara, chairman & CEO of Jogmec.
