Jinlu Electronics' Revenue Jumps, But Profit Growth Stalls Amid Raw Material Price Hike
Jinlu Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (301282.SZ) reported its 2026 semi-annual results, showing first-half revenue of 1.34 billion yuan ($198.7 million), a 43.47% year-over-year increase.
However, net profit attributable to shareholders rose just 6.26% to 55.63 million yuan ($8.3 million). This stark divergence between revenue growth and anemic profit gains highlights the margin squeeze that surging upstream raw material prices are exerting on PCB manufacturers.
The company's procurement prices for copper-clad laminate (CCL) and prepreg have risen sharply, while supply remained tight. To mitigate costs, Jinlu Electronics stepped up product price adjustments and reached agreements with major customers on pricing mechanisms or adjustment ranges.
