Jordanian Gold Prices Soar to New Highs Amid Market Shifts

The price of 21-karat gold in Jordan's local market has reached a new high of 82.6 JOD per gram for purchases from jewelry shops, according to the General Syndicate of Owners of Jewelry and Goldsmith Shops.

This is a significant increase compared to the buyback prices, which stood at 78.6 JOD per gram.

The syndicate also reported that the selling price for one gram of 24-karat gold from jewelry shops was 94.8 JOD, while 18-karat gold was priced at 73 JOD per gram.
