Karachi Silver Prices Tumble Below Rs. 6,900 as Global Markets Weaken

Silver prices in Karachi plummeted on Monday, falling below Rs. 6,900 per tola as international silver prices declined at the start of the new trading week.

According to rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the price of 24-karat silver dropped by Rs. 122 per tola to Rs. 6,802. The price of 24-karat silver per 10 grams also decreased by Rs. 105 to Rs. 5,831.

The weakness in the global precious metals market had a ripple effect on domestic silver prices, causing rates to fall from the steadier levels recorded during the previous week.
