Kazakhstan Harvests Record-Breaking Grain Crops

Kazakhstan's agricultural sector has made significant strides this year, with preliminary data showing that the country has harvested 1.6 million tons of grain.

The harvest includes 1.067 million tons of wheat and 456,000 tons of barley, according to regional akimats. The average yield stands at 19.1 c/ha.

Farmers have also harvested substantial amounts of other crops, including 411,000 tons of vegetables, 11,500 tons of potatoes, and 228,700 tons of melons and gourds.
