South Korea's Korea Feed Association (KFA) has issued an international tender to purchase up to 69,000 metric tons of animal feed corn from various origins. The deadline for price submissions in the tender is Tuesday, August 11.

The KFA is seeking a single consignment of between 50,000 and 69,000 tons, with the seller free to offer any volume within this range. The shipment's destination is South Korea, where it will arrive around November 30.

Corn from different regions has specific shipping windows: US Pacific Northwest coast shipments are sought between October 22 and November 10, while those from the US Gulf should arrive between October 2 and October 21. Shipments from South America should arrive between September 27 and October 16, and those from South Africa between October 12 and October 31.

The price offers for the corn can be made in outright terms per ton cost or at a premium over Chicago December corn futures.
