Kharg Island Oil Operations Continue Uninterrupted, Iranian Official Claims
National Iranian Oil Company Chief Executive Hamid Bovard said on Monday that oil operations and development projects on Kharg Island in Iran have not stopped. He was addressing reports of potential disruptions to activities on the island, which is a key hub for Iran's oil exports.
Bovard dismissed US President Donald Trump's recent social media posts as 'ridiculous' and described conditions on the island as calm. According to Bovard, 'None of the ongoing work on Kharg has stopped, and operational activities and development projects in the region are continuing.'
