Kosmos Energy Surges on Strong Q2 Earnings with Revenue Hike
Kosmos Energy reported strong Q2 2026 earnings, with revenue increasing by 54.7% year-over-year to $607.3 million.
The company's net production rose by about 12% to 71,400 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd), driven largely by the GTA ramp-up and new Jubilee wells.
Kosmos generated $88.9 million of free cash flow and reduced its net debt to approximately $2.56 billion.
The company's average total sales price rose to $86.68 per boe from $58.93, while oil and gas revenue increased 55%.
