Kuwait Crude Oil Price Takes $1.89 Hit

Kuwait's crude oil price took a hit on Thursday, falling by $1.89 to settle at $72.44 per barrel, according to the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation.

This decline comes after prices were announced as $74.33 per barrel the previous day. In contrast, Brent crude futures saw an increase of $3.10 to close at $82.49 per barrel in global markets.

US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures also rose, gaining $2.07 to settle at $77.29 per barrel on Thursday.
