Lion Copper Rebrands and Consolidates Shares
Lion Copper and Gold Corp., trading under the ticker LCGMF on OTCQB, is undergoing significant changes. The company has announced a name change to Lion Copper Corp. and will implement a share consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares. This consolidation will be done on the basis of twenty-seven pre-consolidation common shares for one post-consolidation common share.
The effective date for this change is September 14, 2026, when the company's common shares will begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under its new name and symbol LCU.
