LNG Exports Fuel Natural Gas Price Gain
Natural gas prices rose on Monday as traders weighed robust liquefied natural gas (LNG) volumes and steady production against lingering heat in the South.
The New York Mercantile Exchange natural gas futures increased at the midpoint of Monday's trading session, with October natural gas up 6.7 cents to $2.898 per million British thermal units (MMBtu).
Henry Hub spot prices averaged $2.855 in morning action, while Waha prices were lower at $1.698.
