Londian Wason New Energy Technology Group, a leading copper foil manufacturer by sales volume, has listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol 'FOIL'. The company issued 4,928,571 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) at $22.00 per ADS, raising approximately $108.43 million.
Londian Wason supplies copper foil to major players such as LG Energy Solution, Samsung SDI, SK On, and Panasonic, but its growth strategy now focuses on high-end electronic copper foils for AI computing infrastructure. The company has established a two-tier R&D system with over 100 professionals working on 20-30 research projects.
The company's RTF 1-3 series is already in mass production, and the HVLP 1-3 series has been certified by multiple CCL manufacturers for use in AI computing infrastructure. Londian Wason expects to adjust its business structure from a current ratio of 85:15 (lithium-ion battery copper foil vs electronic circuit copper foil) to 75:25 over time.
