Lundin Gold Posts Strong Q2 Results Amid High Gold Prices
Lundin Gold reported strong second-quarter results in 2026, driven by solid operations and high gold prices at its Fruta del Norte mine in Ecuador.
The company's revenue reached approximately $478 million, with adjusted earnings of $202 million for the quarter ended June 30. Gold production totaled 118,994 ounces, while sales amounted to 110,385 ounces.
The average realized gold price was $4,359 per ounce, primarily fueling the earnings growth rather than higher production volumes. Cash operating costs stood at $1,016 per ounce sold, and all-in sustaining costs (AISC) were $1,176 per ounce.
