Lundin Mining Trims Copper Guidance Amid Strong Recent Performance
Lundin Mining (TSX:LUN) has adjusted its copper production guidance for 2026, revising it downward to between 300,000 and 325,000 tonnes. This new estimate is a reduction from the previously stated range of 310,000 to 335,000 tonnes.
The company's gold output guidance remains steady at 134,000 to 149,000 ounces for the same year.
Lundin Mining has experienced significant growth in recent times, with its share price returning 28.14% over the past year and a remarkable 143.68% increase over the last 12 months.
The updated copper guidance comes at an interesting time for the company, which is advancing multiple organic growth initiatives such as the Vicuña project and brownfield expansions at existing operations.
