The scope of the contract includes designing, fabricating, and supplying hatch covers, as well as engineering and components for cell guides, deck stanchions, and fixed container fittings. The project is expected to be completed between 2029 and 2031.

Magnus Sjöberg, Executive Vice President at MacGregor, noted that the contract highlights the company's capability to support complex, sustainable newbuild projects globally. Vijai Hari P from Cochin Shipyard added that partnering with MacGregor ensures world-class onboard technology for the landmark series of vessels.
