Mercado Minerals Secures Zamora Access for Drilling Amid Elevated Silver Prices

Mercado Minerals Ltd., through its subsidiary Concordia Silver Company S.A. de C.V., secured access to the Zamora property in Sinaloa, Mexico, with a community agreement covering part of the area and surrounding land.

The agreement with Ejido Rincon de Ibonia allows Mercado to begin the drill-permitting process for the Campanillas area, which has seen historic surface samples reach 14,561 g/t silver and 15.53 g/t gold.

Silver prices remain elevated at US$67.167 per ounce, up 64.93 percent year over year, according to Trading Economics data on August 31.
