Mobile CNG Fueling Service Launches in Houston to Boost Natural Gas Adoption
A new mobile compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling service is launching in Houston, Texas, aimed at making it easier for commercial fleet operators to switch from diesel to natural gas without investing in permanent fueling stations.
The service will deliver CNG and renewable natural gas (RNG) directly to customer facilities, eliminating the need for pipeline access or permanent fueling equipment.
Fleet operators can scale their fueling capacity as additional vehicles enter service without making significant upfront infrastructure investments. The model targets fleets operating at least 10 natural gas trucks or those planning conversions of similar size.
The new CNG supply hub in Houston will initially support a logistics fleet of 100 Class 8 natural gas trucks and also supply industrial customers, utilities, transportation operators, energy infrastructure projects, and data centers across the Gulf Coast.
