Moldovagaz Contract Extended to 2026 for Transnistrian Gas Supplies

The National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) of Moldova has extended the contract for Moldovagaz to supply natural gas to the Transnistrian region until December 31, 2026.

This decision was made in response to a proposal by the Ministry of Energy to extend Moldovagaz's responsibilities for another six months. The current designation expires on June 30, 2026.

The regulator cited 'the need to maintain existing operational and contractual mechanisms without interruption' as the reason for the extension.
