Gold prices in Mumbai continued their recovery on Friday, July 31. The 24K gold rate rose by ₹27 per gram to ₹14,460, while 22K gold increased by ₹25 to ₹13,255 per gram.

The recent uptick indicates improving sentiment in the physical gold market. However, prices remain below their levels from a week ago and are still trading lower than their highs of July 22.

The market volatility over the last ten days is evident from the sharp correction witnessed between July 28 and July 29. Gold has now regained some ground over the last two sessions, but buyers continue to watch global price trends and currency movements for further direction.
