Natural Gas Futures Recover From Early Losses on Lower Production
Natural Gas Futures saw a rebound on Thursday after early losses, despite fading weather-driven demand and a larger-than-expected storage build.
The futures market received support from lower production levels and strong LNG feedgas.
At one point, the market had reached an early low of $6.74 per million BTU, but it recovered to close at $7.04.
The power burn dropped sharply on Thursday, which also contributed to the rebound in natural gas futures.
