Natural gas prices in India have fallen by 2.45% to ₹274.30 due to record US production, high storage levels, and expectations of comfortable winter supplies.

The premium of November futures over October has declined to a record low of around $0.11 per MMBtu, indicating limited concern over supply adequacy during the upcoming winter.

Average US Lower 48 gas output increased to 113.7 Bcf per day in September from the monthly record of 112.2 Bcf per day in August.
