Nepal Gold Price Dips Amid Global Market Volatility
The price of gold in Nepal's domestic market declined slightly last week, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA). The market price of gold decreased to Rs 285,000 from Rs 285,500 per tola when the market closed the previous week.
The gold price had a mixed impact due to the Federal Reserve's decision to maintain the interest rate steady and the strengthening of the US dollar during the review period. The largest gain was recorded on one trading day, with a rise of Rs 1,600 per tola, while the largest fall of Rs 4,300 was observed on Tuesday.
The price of silver edged up by Rs 10 last week, increasing from Rs 4,350 to Rs 4,360 per tola. The market remains influenced by global events and economic indicators.
