The price of fine gold in Nepal has surged by Rs 6,400 per tola, reaching an all-time high of Rs 307,900 per tola on Tuesday.
This significant increase represents a 2.12 percent rise in the price of gold in just one day, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association.
The association also reported that the price of silver has risen by Rs 110 per tola, marking a 2.36 percent increase from Monday's prices. Silver is now being traded at Rs 4,780 per tola.
These developments suggest a growing demand for precious metals in Nepal, with gold and silver both experiencing significant price hikes.
