Nepal Gold Prices Drop by 5,800 Rupees per Tola

The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations has announced the latest prices for gold and silver in the local market. According to the association, one tola of hallmark gold is now priced at Rs 285,500, a decrease of Rs 5,800 from yesterday's price of Rs 291,300 per tola. The price of silver has also dropped slightly, trading at Rs 4,350 per tola today compared to Rs 4,505 yesterday.

Last week, the prices were Rs 285,600 for gold and Rs 4,370 for silver on Tuesday, and Rs 291,000 for gold and Rs 4,480 for silver on Wednesday. In the international market, one ounce of gold is being traded at $4,045 USD and silver at $57 USD today.

The Federation's announcement comes as no surprise to many market watchers who have been tracking the fluctuations in gold and silver prices over the past week.
