Nepal Gold Prices Plunge as Silver Rises
Gold prices in Nepal's local market took a downward turn on Thursday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, gold prices decreased by Rs 500 per tola (11.66 grams) from the previous day's rate. This brought the price down to Rs 306,200 per tola.
On Wednesday, gold was traded at Rs 306,700 per tola. In contrast, silver saw an increase in prices today. The Federation reports that silver rose by Rs 5 per tola to settle at Rs 4,745 per tola.
