Nepal Oil Corporation has taken steps to address the high demand for gas in the Kathmandu Valley by arranging for the sale and distribution of various types of gas from its Teku office.

The corporation is distributing cylinders of Nepal Gas, HP Gas, Everest Gas, Sugam Gas, and Shriram Gas through their respective industries from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Nepal Oil Corporation has clarified that there is no shortage of LP gas for cooking in the market, despite some consumer complaints about a perceived shortage.

The corporation has also stated that it is supplying gas according to daily demand and has taken further steps to ease supply, likely referring to ongoing efforts to address the high demand.
