Nepal's Gold and Silver Prices Plummet on Friday
The prices of gold and silver in Nepal's domestic market fell on Friday, July 24. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold dropped by Rs 5,800 per tola from Thursday's price, trading at Rs 285,500 per tola. This is a decline from Wednesday's price of Rs 291,300 and Tuesday's price of Rs 285,600.
Silver prices also decreased, falling to Rs 4,350 per tola from Thursday's price of Rs 4,505. The previous day's silver price was Rs 4,480 per tola on Wednesday.
In international markets, gold is trading at around USD 4,045 per ounce and silver at USD 57 per ounce, as reported by international media outlets.
