Nigeria's GDP Growth Hinges on Sustained Oil Production and Pipeline Security
Nigeria's economic growth is expected to range between 4.1% and 7% in 2026, driven by ongoing structural reforms and a rebound in the oil sector.
The National Bureau of Statistics announced a GDP growth rate of 4.43% for the second quarter, with analysts predicting that the second half of the year will be shaped by domestic and external risks.
Achieving higher GDP growth will largely depend on sustained oil production and stronger performance in dominant sectors, particularly oil asset protection provided by Tantita Security Services Nigeria Ltd (TSSNL).
TSSNL has been appointed by the Federal Government to protect oil assets and ensure peace and stability in the Niger Delta region, working collaboratively with other security outfits.
