Nigeria's Oil Output Plummets 4% in July Due to Offshore Disruptions

Nigeria's oil output averaged 1.505 million barrels per day in July, down 4% from June due to disruption at the offshore Erha and Akpo fields.

The upstream regulator, Nigeria's Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority, reported that total production, including 170,000 bpd of condensate, averaged 1.67 million bpd in July.

Daily production peaked at 1.78 million bpd during the month, while it fell to a low of 1.57 million bpd.
