Nikkiso Wins Contract for German LNG Terminal Pump Supply
Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group has secured a major contract to supply motor pumps for Germany's German LNG Terminal. The company will provide 16 submerged motor pumps, including high-pressure and low-pressure units, as well as ship-loading pumps.
The terminal is being built by German LNG Terminal GmbH and is scheduled to be operational in 2027. It will feature two large LNG tanks with a capacity of 165,000 cubic meters each, allowing it to send 10 billion cubic meters of gas into Germany's national grid annually.
This contract follows a similar deal for the Hanseatic Energy Hub in Stade, where Nikkiso CE&IG is supplying pumps for Germany's largest land-based terminal for liquefied gases.
