NLNG Achieves $149.6 Billion Revenue Milestone Amid Expansion Plans
Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) has achieved a significant milestone in its operations, generating $149.6 billion in revenue since inception.
According to NLNG's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Adeleye Falade, the company has paid out $47.2 billion in dividends to shareholders and $10.8 billion in taxes to the Federal Government since becoming tax compliant in 2009.
The NLNG Facts and Figures 2026 publication reveals that the company operates six liquefaction trains, owns assets worth more than $22.9 billion, and has safely delivered over 6,285 LNG cargoes to customers across the world.
Falade highlighted the company's commitment to environmental sustainability, noting that its gas utilisation model has helped reduce Nigeria's gas flaring rate from about 65 per cent to below 20 per cent.
