NNPC Reports Sustained Growth in Oil and Gas Production
NNPC Limited has reported significant growth in its national crude oil and gas production under the leadership of Engr. Bayo Ojulari, the Group Chief Executive Officer.
The company's crude oil output increased by approximately 80 thousand barrels per day, representing a 6% growth from April 2025 to April 2026, according to publicly available data.
Gas production also recorded similar growth, rising by 5% from April 2025 to April 2026, with an average of 7,729 million standard cubic feet per day (mmscfd) by the latter date.
NNPC Limited operates as a commercial entity and does not have regulatory or allocative authority under the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) 2021.
