Northern Oil and Gas Heads into Q2 Earnings with Analysts Expecting Revenue Decline

Northern Oil and Gas (NYSE: NOG) is set to report earnings on Thursday after market hours, following a quarter where it beat analysts' revenue expectations but missed EBITDA estimates.

Last quarter, the company reported revenues of $526.5 million, down 11.1% year over year. Oil production declined by 6.5% year over year.

This time around, analysts expect a decline in revenue of 9.4% year over year, compared to an increase of 11.5% in the same quarter last year.
