The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) has released its Q2 2026 report on the Domestic Crude Supply Obligation (DCSO). According to the statistics, a total of 53.7 million barrels of crude oil and condensate were supplied to local refiners between April and June, showing an overall performance of 97.4% for Q2 2026.

The report reveals that in April, producers exceeded their allocated amount by offering 19,312,476 barrels to refiners, while in May, they offered 23,187,893 barrels, but only supplied 14,228,865 barrels. In June, the producers offered 26,835,119 barrels to refiners.

The NUPRC has attributed the improvement in DCSO to an increase in local oil production and the signing of a long-term crude supply agreement between producers and domestic refiners.
