New York's NYMEX exchange saw precious metals prices rise on July 30. The NYMEX Division, which deals in oil and gas among other commodities, reported a slight increase in platinum futures to $1644.20, up by 2.3%. Meanwhile, the COMEX Division, focusing on gold and silver trading, recorded notable gains in these two metals.
The price of gold futures increased by 0.48% to $4075.60, while silver futures rose by 2.26% to $59.20. These figures are based on a measurement unit of 1 troy ounce (31.1 grams).
