NYMEX Sees Precious Metals Prices Rise on September 9
The New York Merchantile Exchange (NYMEX) has seen an increase in precious metals prices for September 9. The price of gold futures rose by 0.56% to $4418.30, while silver futures saw a significant gain of 2.47% to $67.94. Platinum futures also experienced a notable increase, rising by 2.81% to $1892.40.
The NYMEX is a US futures market founded in 1882 and has two divisions: the NYMEX Division for oil, gas, platinum, palladium, ethanol, coal, electricity, and carbon dioxide emissions, and the COMEX Division for gold, silver, copper, and aluminum trades.
