OIC Slams US Attack on Iranian Oil Tanker as Cowardly and Illegal
The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Mission has condemned the US attack on an Iranian oil tanker, calling it a 'cowardly' and 'illegal' act.
The mission, reacting to a statement from the US Central Command (CENTCOM), highlighted the hypocrisy in the US labeling its own actions as 'precision and professionalism', while downplaying civilian casualties as mere 'mistakes' or 'targeting errors'.
The OIC Mission pointed out that attacks on civilian sites, including an elementary school in Minab, a sports club in Lamerd, and a wedding ceremony in Kuhestak, cannot be justified by such euphemisms.
The mission accused CENTCOM of explicit admission of responsibility for the brutal crimes committed during the US-led war of aggression against Iran.
