Oil Prices Drop Amid Negative Technical Formations, Gold Surges
Crude oil prices declined during intraday trading due to negative pressure from its trading below EMA50, which acts as a dynamic resistance.
The price's inability to recover is attributed to a negative technical formation on the short-term basis, represented by the rising wedge pattern, and negative signals from relative strength indicators.
Gold prices, however, surged higher amid the dominance of the main bullish trend on the short-term basis. The positive pressure is due to its trading above EMA50, noticing the beginning of a positive divergence formation on the relative strength indicators.
EURUSD rose in intraday sessions after gaining bullish momentum as it settled on 1.1650 support level, supported by positive signals from relative strength indicators and continued positive support from trading above EMA50.
