Oil Prices Plummet on US-Iran Diplomatic Breakthrough
The price of oil has declined as talks between the US and Iran ease concerns over Middle East supply disruptions.
Much like in previous years, tensions between these two countries have had a significant impact on global markets. This time around, however, it appears that diplomatic efforts may be paying off, at least for now.
The FSCA (Financial Sector Conduct Authority) regulated Markets South Africa (Pty) Ltd notes that oil prices have fallen due to the easing of tensions between the US and Iran.
