Oil Prices Rebound Falters Amid Middle East Tensions
Oil prices have taken a downturn after five consecutive days of growth.
The October Brent crude oil futures on London's ICE Futures Exchange are currently trading at $93.24 per barrel, marking a 0.58% decrease from the previous close.
This decline is in contrast to earlier gains, with both Brent and WTI contracts closing Thursday's trading at their highest since July 24.
Despite this recent drop, oil prices have still experienced significant growth over the past week, with Brent rising more than 7% and WTI increasing by over 8%, amid ongoing tensions in the Middle East.
