Oil Prices Slide Amid Renewed US-Iran Tensions
Oil prices declined on Thursday as investors weighed the uncertainty of renewed military strikes between the U.S. and Iran, which could disrupt oil supplies from the Middle East.
Brent crude futures fell by $0.56 per barrel to $95.07, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude futures dropped by $0.50 to $90.51, marking their first decline in four sessions.
The recent attacks between the two nations were the most substantial exchange of fire since July and have been ongoing for seven months.
