Oil Prices Tumble Amid Renewed US-Iran Strike Uncertainty
Oil prices declined on September 3, 2026, as investors weighed the uncertainty surrounding renewed military strikes between the US and Iran.
The Brent crude futures fell by 43 cents, or 0.45%, to $95.20 per barrel, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude futures dropped by 24 cents, or 0.26%, at $90.77.
The prices of both benchmarks, Brent and WTI, fluctuated between gains of up to $2 a barrel and losses of $1 a barrel during the previous trading session.
