Oilers Foundation Doubles Down on Summer Camps for Local Kids
The Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation (EOCF) and YMCA of Northern Alberta have partnered up for the second year in a row to provide a unique summer camp experience for kids.
Nearly 1,500 children and youth will participate in this year's program, which is more than twice as many as last year. The camps will run over eight separate days throughout August at the Fan Park @ ICE District.
The EOCF aims to support physical health, mental well-being, leadership development, and meaningful connections through their 'Every Kid Deserves a Shot' initiative.
