Oilers Rookies Set to Clash with Flames Counterparts in Battle of Alberta

The Edmonton Oilers' Rookie Camp is winding down, but not before one final showdown. The team's rookies will face off against their Calgary Flames counterparts on Monday in a one-off Battle of Alberta at Scotiabank Saddledome.

This weekend's camp has been a chance for the Oilers to evaluate their 25 prospects - including four goalies, seven defencemen, and 14 forwards. Among them are some familiar faces from last year, like Isaac Howard, Josh Samanski, Quinn Hutson, and Connor Clattenburg.

This is the first opportunity for fans to see the Oilers' 2026 Draft class in action, including Rudolfs Berzkalns (58th overall), Andrew Robinson (133rd overall), Caden Harvey (180th overall), and Ryan Cameron (seventh round).
