Oman Sees 11.3% Surge in Oil Production Amid Rising Prices
Oman's oil production has seen a significant increase in the first seven months of this year. According to preliminary data from the National Centre for Statistics and Information, the country's total oil production rose by 11.3% to 233.8 million barrels by the end of July 2026.
This marks an uptick from 210.1 million barrels during the same period in 2025. The average oil price has also seen a substantial increase, rising by 15.7% to $83.9 per barrel compared to $72.5 a year earlier.
Average daily oil production climbed 11.3% to 1.103 million barrels per day from 991,100 barrels per day in the corresponding period of 2025.
