OPEC+ Keeps Oil Output Policy Unchanged for October
OPEC+ decided to keep its oil output policy unchanged for October, as the group needs to agree on new quotas before making any further production decisions.
The agreement came after OPEC+ completed a phased rollback of a 1.65 million barrel-per-day supply cut in August, which was first agreed upon in 2023.
Despite the production increases, OPEC+ still produces far below its targets due to ongoing conflicts in the region.
