Pakistan Gold Price Hits New High

Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Saturday following gains in the international market. The local price of gold per tola rose by Rs300, reaching Rs427,736. This surge comes after a decline of Rs4,600 on Friday when the price per tola stood at Rs427,436.

The 10-gram gold also saw an increase of Rs257, with its price now at Rs366,714, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). The international rate of gold has also gone up, reaching $4,053 per ounce with a premium of $20.

Meanwhile, silver prices took a hit, decreasing by Rs12 to reach Rs6,297 per tola.
