Pakistan Gold Price Recovers Amid Easing Middle East Tensions
Gold prices in Pakistan rebounded on Saturday after a two-session decline due to heightened tensions in the Middle East. According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold rose to Rs457,436 per tola, up from Rs457,036 previously. This represents an increase of Rs400 per tola.
The precious metal's price also increased by Rs343 per 10 grams, reaching Rs391,920 compared with the previous close of Rs391,577.
Bullion market experts attributed the rebound in domestic gold prices to easing concerns over Middle East tensions and a decline in international oil prices. This helped support renewed demand for the precious metal.
