Pakistan Gold Prices Plummet Amid Global Decline

The price of gold in Pakistan continued to decline on September 7, 2026, as international rates also dropped. According to the Sarafa Association, the price of gold per tola fell by Rs3,600 to Rs465,536.

This is a significant drop from the previous session's gains, where gold had jumped Rs3,900 per tola to Rs469,136. The downturn in the international market also contributed to this decline, with gold sliding $36 per ounce to $4,430.

The pressure was also felt in the 10-gram market, where gold dropped by Rs3,086 to Rs399,122. Silver prices also declined, dropping Rs63 per tola to Rs7,098.
