Pakistan Gold Prices Plummet Amid Global Slump
Gold prices in Pakistan have declined, mirroring a drop in international rates. According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), gold per tola reached Rs453,336 after falling by Rs3,800 during the day.
The price of 10-gram gold also decreased, selling at Rs388,662 after a drop of Rs3,258. The APGJSA reported these rates on Monday.
This decline in gold prices comes after the metal's international rate fell by $38 to reach $4,308 per ounce on Saturday. The price of silver also dropped, reaching Rs6,802 per tola after a decrease of Rs122.
